Tell me your ideas!
Just in case you didn’t know, I am from Arkansas. I’m not a stereotype and I hate being called one so please don’t irritate me by doing so. Anyways, for those who might want to get a look at the weather here in Arkansas I’ve posted a link to a pretty cool blog. It’s obviously not as cool as Stormgasm but it’s still really awesome!
This is a great site! Another weather junkie like me told me about the site. Check it out! Bookmark it!
I haven’t really gone far into the site but there is some pretty cool info. I know it says “Coming Soon” but click the image and it will take you to the site without any problems.
So recently, I’ve really gotten interested in microclimates. I really don’t know why. I mean, the entire concept of a microclimate is quite phenomenal! You can take the average weather on one corner of campus and then walk across to the other side and you find an entirely different average weather! Cool huh? How about this: When you take a weather reading, the reading is done at chest-level. So you get the average weather in order to find out the climate of an area at your chest-level. But what about at foot-level? The weather could be totally different down there (It’s true! I’ve done measurements!). So, if you take the average weather there, you have microclimates!!! Awesome right??? Expect some links and whatnot for microclimate stuff.
